Tara Bloch

Born and raised in the very northernmost parts of little Norway, Tara fell in love with singing and performing at a very young age. Like for so many others growing up, a career as a singer or a songwriter was nothing but an unrealistic dream, leading Tara to keep the singing a mere hobby for more than two decades. 

At the age of 31, Tara decided to have one final go at her childhood dream and took a shoot at the "The Voice" 2022 national singing contest, showing off her incredible voice range, completely acing everything from AC/DC and Disturbed to Bon Jovi and Lady Gaga. All the while distinguishing herself as a strong communicator for mental health and opening up about her own struggles on national television, she ended up making it all the way to the finals and finishing 2nd. With this success, the magical doors to the rare realm of full time singing and songwriting were finally opening.

Working full time as a musician, Tara spent the year after the "The Voice" touring Norway and writing music about her life and mental health. This process led to the release of her first single "Done - Radio Edit" in April 2023, followed up by her first self-titled EP "TARA BLOCH-VERE" released on June 23rd.

Delivering personal and honest lyrics performed with tons of emotion and empathy, Tara masters the pop/rock genre like a true star while striking a big blow for mental health awareness.
