Ahead of the Curve is a five piece rock band from the west coast of Norway, consisting of four greasy haired guys from Ålesund + one sugary sweet vocalist from Volda, all in their early 20s. Fender guitars and way-to-tight jeans are listed as an obligated part of the image.

    Om Ahead of the Curve

    "Ahead of the Curve, according to the local newspaper, "delivers rock on a silver plate to an ever-increasing audience". The band itself will tell you they play a fusion of different genres within the rock world; packed with catchy guitar riffs, bluesy solos, jazzy chord progressions and harmonized vocals.

    Their soundscape can be described as big, full-bodied, dynamic and sing-along friendly. The inspirations are many, and with one foot planted in the old classic rock and another aimed at a more modern rock sound, the band itself believes that they have managed to create something unique. If Queen, Nirvana and The Mars Volta had a baby together - Ahead of the Curve would be the result!"
